Brandi Coplen is one of Whatcom County’s premier equestrian real estate brokers. As a past competitive rider and a current horse mom to her twin girls, she is passionate about equestrian properties and living.

However, Brandi also serves the non-equestrian community as well! So in this photoshoot, we captured both sides to Brandi: family homes and horsey homes!

We were able to capture so many sides to Brandi’s story, from realtor life, to gardening in her flower field, celebrating her favorite holidays, to her fam animals, and finally being a total badass cowgirl!

Buckle in your spurs and pop those reigns, because Brandi’s shoot is a wild ride!

Brandi got creative for Valentine’s Day and 4th of July! Snaps to you Brandi!

Being able to shoot in Brandi’s garden in full bloom was such a special moment! Timing the blooms is a delicate dance, and since I book out 3-4 months, we were guesstimating when they would be in full bloom. Last year we missed it, but this year we made it! The Dahlias were blooming like crazy!

(above) Brandi lives on beautiful acreage and has a little hobby farm with all the fam animals! Her goats are always my favorite!

(below) Crawl spaces are really big with realtors and when buying real estate. Brandi’s crawl space is located in a very surprising and unsuspecting area, henceforth, why we made sure to include surprised and fun expressions!

After shooting at Brandi’s house, we headed down the road to her stable to capture the equestrian side of her brand! Brandi is one of the premier equestrian real estate agents in Whatcom County serving equestrian properties and clients in Bellingham, Ferndale, Custer, Blaine, and beyond!

She and her twin daughters are avid riders and in the past, she was a high-level competitive Western rider! To say that she’s passionate about equestrian living would be an understatement!
