RETURN POLICY
Don’t love what you bought? Was there a defect in the brand new item? We’re happy to accept returns for items within 30 days of your purchase with a valid receipt. If you do not have a valid receipt or proof of purchase in our system, the return will not be accepted.
In order for an item to qualify for a return, the item(s) must be in unworn, new condition.
Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
We currently do not accept exchanges at this time.
RETURN PROCESS
Email admin@kelseykurtis.com with your order number, name, and the item(s) you wish to return.
If the item was damaged upon delivery, please also include a photo of the damage.
