Heather Maddox, or otherwise known as the “Queen of Renton” is one of the most respected Realtors and business leaders in her community … and beyond!

Heather is full of personality, a passionate educator and leader for her clients and fellow realtors, co-founder of Collaboration over Competition Realtor mastermind and Supper Club, the Captain of her real estate team, and oh yeah, she’s also is a wife, daughter, sister to the hysterical comedian, Real Estate Roaster, and a very involved mom of 3 incredible kids!

This is our third branding shoot and I am a PROUD branding mama seeing how Heather uses her photos and the ideas we come up with every time to tell different sides of her story! This time, we focused on “personality” and “community”! We featured her team, lot of facial expressions and even wrapped up our photoshoot in downtown Renton by visiting some of her favorite shops!

Shout out to Heather’s INCREDIBLE Team! Evan Williams, Heather’s right hand woman/showing agent and beyond, and Amy Kim, her marketing assistant! These two added so much FUN to our photoshoot day!

If you follow Heather, you know Evergreen Salads make a cameo in her Instagram stories at least 1-2x a week! They are a staple part of her business and brand, so we had to include them and have a “shake shake shake it” moment!

We were just wrapping up at the house when Heather’s youngest, Bodie, came home from school and couldn’t wait to show her his Happy Meal! He is a total ham, so I was excited to snap a few personality-filled photos with him and his mom!

Now let’s head to Downtown Renton! The past few photoshoots Heather has always wanted to shoot at the Renton mural! Today was our lucky day that no cars were in front of it, and with the help of Photoshop AI, I was able to clear away a TON of distractions like boxes, satellites, edges of cars, and tow-away signs!
